SEO Project Manager
We are a dynamic and fast-growing SEO firm seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented SEO Project Manager to help coordinate client projects, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with precision. This role is essential to keeping our team running smoothly and delivering outstanding results for our clients. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee the execution of SEO projects from inception to completion. -Coordinate between SEO strategists, content creators, developers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment. -Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools. -Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks. -Prepare status updates and reports for internal teams and clients. -Maintain organized documentation and task lists to ensure accountability. -Support quality control efforts by reviewing deliverables before client submission. Qualifications: -Proven experience in project management, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing environment. -Strong understanding of SEO concepts and deliverables. -Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. -Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp). -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. -Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. MUST be available during normal EST business hours. This is non-negotiable.
