Sourcing agent for construction materials Vietnam
We are seeking an experienced sourcing agent based in Vietnam to help us locate, verify, and manage the procurement of construction materials for ongoing and future building projects. This includes materials such as steel, cement, tiles, timber, façade elements, waterproofing membranes, and other bulk construction goods. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying reliable manufacturers and suppliers for various construction materials Negotiating pricing, MOQ, and lead times Coordinating factory visits, sample reviews, and quality control Managing logistics coordination and export documentation if required Ensuring suppliers comply with international standards and project specifications Requirements: Proven experience in sourcing construction or industrial materials in Vietnam Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese supplier market and logistics Good English communication skills Ability to conduct supplier audits or site visits if needed Experience with international shipping/export procedures is a plus Deliverables: Supplier list with contact details, pricing, MOQs, and lead times Sample procurement (if needed) QC check reports and/or photos Recommendation on best options based on cost, quality, and reliability Project Timeline: We need a preliminary supplier report within 5–7 days of hire. This could lead to a long-term collaboration.
