We’re hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us drive qualified leads, book executive consultations, and fuel our global expansion. If you're a relationship-driven, metrics-focused pro with B2B SaaS, education, or leadership coaching experience, this role is for you. What You'll Do: - Outreach via LinkedIn, email, and CRM to qualify and engage prospects -Book 1:1 strategy calls and discovery sessions with ideal-fit clients -Develop rapport with global executives, assess fit, and pitch our offerings -Maintain clean CRM records (HubSpot or Pipedrive) and run basic automations -Track KPIs: conversions, response rates, show-up rates -Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to optimize scripts, funnels, and campaigns -Provide weekly reports and performance insights to leadership -Optional: Lead 2-3 junior callers (if applying at mid-senior tier) Who You Are: -2–5 years of SDR or BDR experience (B2B, coaching, SaaS, or services preferred) -Proficient in CRM tools, automation flows, and email/LinkedIn outreach -Confident handling objections, customizing outreach, and booking qualified calls -Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bonus: Experience working with coaches, consultants, or leadership development brands Preferred Skills: *HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM *Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, Clay, or Lemlist *Calendar tools for demo scheduling *Familiarity with buyer personas in the leadership/HR/enterprise space Time Commitment: -Part-time or full-time roles available based on experience and availability -Must be able to overlap 2–3 hours with EST (New York) time zone
