Fractional HR Support for Hiring Warehouse Staff (Ongoing Part-Time)

Description: We are a small but growing company based in Bucks County, PA, with about 35 employees, primarily in warehouse and operations roles. We’re looking for a part-time or fractional HR professional to assist with our hiring process on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and experienced with warehouse/labor recruiting workflows. You’ll work closely with our team to help us identify, evaluate, and hire great talent efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Post job ads on Indeed and LinkedIn Review incoming resumes and applications Contact qualified candidates to schedule initial interviews Send pre-screening assessments as needed Review assessment results and recommend next steps Schedule second-round interviews with internal staff Draft offer letters using our existing templates Use Checkr to initiate: Background checks Drug screening Reference checks Review background and drug test results to: Recommend hiring Or issue a pre-adverse action notice if needed Requirements: Proven experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Checkr, and applicant tracking systems Excellent communication and coordination skills Comfortable making judgment calls based on assessment and screening results Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
