We're looking for experienced accounting professionals to mentor clients through recruiting, technical prep, and career growth. Leland coaches are 1099 independent contractors and can set their own hours and offerings. As a Leland accounting coach, you'll: - Coach clients on accounting recruiting, job searches, and career transitions. - Provide expert feedback on resumes, case studies, and personal branding. - Conduct mock interviews and prepare clients for behavioral and technical evaluations. - Guide clients in financial statement analysis, auditing principles, and tax strategies. The ideal accounting coach has: - Experience at a top accounting firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte) or in corporate accounting. - CPA certification or a degree in Accounting/Finance from a top 25 U.S. program. - Strong expertise in auditing, financial reporting, tax, and advisory services. - Knowledge of accounting recruiting processes, case interviews, and technical assessments. - Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring.
