Actively manage group discussions, respond to members, and maintain a positive, energetic environment. 4. Use strategic posts, prompts, polls, and other tools to increase engagement. 5. Grow group membership and boost consistent daily activity. Ideal Candidate: • Proven success managing and growing online communities. • Creative, strategic thinker with a strong sense of audience engagement. • Excellent written communication and community moderation skills. • Able to provide real examples of past work and measurable results.
