About the Role: We’re seeking a Contract Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 6-month engagement (20 - 30 hours per week). This is a hands-on role for a rising B2B marketer who’s tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work across a wide variety of marketing tasks - from crafting content and managing projects to building campaigns in HubSpot and exploring AI tools to enhance our processes. No two days will be the same, and that’s exactly how you like it. Key Responsibilities: • Project manage marketing initiatives, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders informed • Craft newsletters and email campaigns • Write and edit short- and long-form content across formats (blogs, social, sales enablement, etc.) • Edit short-form videos in Descript and source high-quality imagery for campaigns • Build and refine AI prompts to optimize workflows and increase team productivity • Provide feedback on creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand and strategy • Support development of marketing strategies, content plans, and integrated campaigns • Execute and report on campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, lists and dashboards • Proactively adopt new marketing tools to streamline tasks and improve team impact What You Bring: • At least 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a marketing agency or SaaS company • Comfort using technology platforms like HubSpot, Zoom Events, On24, Canva, Descript, ChatGPT and others • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for context, detail, tone and style • Project management chops - able to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving • A resourceful, problem-solving mindset and a desire to figure things out independently • Strategic thinking paired with a willingness to jump into the weeds when needed • A proactive, collaborative approach - you raise your hand, share your ideas and help move the team forward Why This Role? • Flexibility: Remote work with a flex schedule of 20-30 hours per week • Variety: A broad mix of tasks across strategy, execution content and technology • Growth: Opportunity to expand your skillset and work with an experienced team • Impact: You’ll help shape and deliver programs that drive real results for clients
