Executive Assistant for Calendar, Social Media, and Project Management

ABOUT US We are a fast-growing SaaS company led by two co-founders (CEO & COO). We need a proactive, detail-loving assistant who can keep our calendars under control, amplify product updates, and occasionally draft longer articles—with the help of AI tools—to keep our audience engaged. RESPONSIBILITIES • Schedule appointments and manage calendars across multiple time zones, confirm attendance, and send reminders. • Draft and send outreach emails or LinkedIn messages to partners, customers, podcast hosts, etc. • Manage social media: post product updates, reply to comments, and maintain a simple content calendar. • Turn bullet-point product notes into polished social posts and occasional 600-800-word articles; use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E) and collaborate with our designer for visuals. • Collect weekly status updates from the team (Slack/GitHub) and compile concise reports for the founders. • Update ClickUp or Asana with new deadlines and archive completed tasks. • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information. MUST-HAVE SKILLS • Excellent written English—from short social captions to article-length pieces. • Excellent spoken English. • Comfortable using AI writing and image-generation tools. • Proactive, highly organized, and trustworthy. NICE-TO-HAVE • Experience in B2B SaaS, product-led growth, or analytics. • Basic Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express skills. • Ability to work in both GMT+8 (Malaysia/Singapore) and US-Eastern time windows. HOW WE WORK • Direct communication with the founders in Slack. • One-month paid trial (≈10 hrs). If successful, we extend indefinitely and increase scope.
