We're in the process of closing nearly $12M in pipeline, and you would be an instrumental technology and security leader throughout this process. ## The Opportunity We’re seeking a Fractional CTO/CISO with proven experience across cybersecurity, custom software development, IT, and low/no code solutions. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for our clients’ technology and security initiatives, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant systems that accelerate business growth and protect critical assets. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a technology and security leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. ## What You’ll Do • Advise clients on technology strategy, cybersecurity posture, and IT architecture, aligning solutions with business goals • Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom software and low/no code applications • Assess, manage, and mitigate cyber risk, ensuring best-in-class security practices, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, FTC, etc.), and incident response readiness • Guide clients through technology selection, vendor management, and integration of IT systems • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, security policies, and disaster recovery plans • Leverage AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier) to automate, optimize, and secure technology operations • Collaborate with executive teams to embed a culture of cybersecurity and technology excellence • Mentor internal and client technical teams, and support founder transition from day-to-day technical oversight • Stay at the forefront of emerging threats, regulatory shifts, and technology trends to keep clients ahead of the curve ## What You Bring • 7+ years of experience in CTO, CISO, or equivalent technology/security leadership roles, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or IT services • Deep expertise across cybersecurity, custom software development, IT infrastructure, and low/no code platforms • Demonstrated success building and securing scalable technology environments and delivering measurable business value • Strong consulting and client-facing skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders • Advanced proficiency with AI, automation, and orchestration tools relevant to technology and security operations • High energy, high intelligence, high integrity, and a passion for service and results • Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards ## How We Work • Remote-first: Work from anywhere (US time zones preferred) • Fractional Engagement: Flexible, per-client basis with compensation scaled to results delivered • Performance-Driven: Bonuses tied to client growth and impact • Growth Path: Opportunity to lead client “pods,” become a partner, and share in firm equity as you deliver results ## Application Process 1.
