Looking for web designer/developer for long-term
I am looking for a professional with the following skills/attributes: - WordPress developer including Elementor Pro, WPBakery, Beaver (full-stack developer preferred) - Advanced HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript - Technical SEO - speed optimization, technical fixes using Search Console, Screaming Frog or other tools for proper website migration during rebuild - Code troubleshooting, not necessarily using plugins to add bloat, but creatively figuring out why things don't work when system is glitching - Attention to detail (website should look great on all devices, buttons and links work, etc....not just "good enough" or sloppy spacing, layout, glitching elements) - Eye for design and details that take a website from good to great - consistent colors, spacing, font, visuals, layout, animations...etc. - Willingness to learn and keep at a project till it's done right. - Deliver by deadlines (I had issues in the past with other developers being constantly late and full of excuses why. Unfortunately my clients don't care about excuses, just results. So I need a reliable developer who is willing to deliver excellent work.) Timelines are not unrealistic - I manage client expectations well. - Responsive communication (some of my past developers just didn't respond, and then I was left in the dark with the work to be delivered). - Reliable work ethic and work quality - Hosting / staging setup - Domain management - Website migration /redesign Nice to have capabilities: - Google Analytics - Tag manager - Conversion optimization - Payment system integration (Stripe, and others) - WooCommerce - Other third party platform integrations (with Zapier, or other ways) - Email automation conversion tracking
