Talented UI/UX, Landing Page and Website Designer/ Web Developer

Job Title: UI/UX & Web Designer for Cannabis Edibles Brand – Immediate Start, Fractional to Full-Time Potential Description: We are a fast-growing, multi-million dollar cannabis edibles manufacturer based in Michigan, actively expanding into New York, Missouri, and Arizona. We’re seeking a versatile and creative UI/UX and Website Designer for immediate fractional work with the potential for a full-time position. This role is ideal for a digital designer who understands brand-building in regulated markets, is fluent in modern web design systems, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’ll help translate our expanding product line and mission into engaging, intuitive, and conversion-friendly digital experiences. Scope of Work (Immediate Needs): * Design and/or optimize landing pages for new market activations and product drops. * Create responsive web assets for Wix or similar platforms. * Implement UI enhancements for customer education, product discovery, and lead capture. * Assist in developing a cohesive digital brand style guide. * Deliver time-sensitive updates and buildouts in early June 2025. Ongoing/Future Projects: * Redesign and optimize our D2C engagement experience. * Support marketing and sales teams with microsites, promo pages, and digital menus. * Collaborate on A/B tested landing pages for customer retention and loyalty. * Contribute to UX for future customer portals or education hubs. * Optional: light development or collaboration with developers on implementation. Requirements: * Strong portfolio showing UI/UX work for consumer brands, especially in CPG, lifestyle, health/wellness, or cannabis. * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or other modern design tools. * Understanding of best practices in conversion optimization, mobile-first design, and accessibility. * Comfortable working within a brand’s visual system or helping evolve one. * Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation tools. * Must be available early June and responsive to project-based sprints with short timelines. Compensation: * $15–$40/hour, depending on experience and technical capability. * Initial fractional work (hours TBD) with room to scale up to full-time. To Apply: Please include: 1.
