Our organization provides specialized mental health training, facilitation, and supervision, including QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer), Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), and Trauma-Informed Care. Our core audiences include: Corporations aiming to address employee burnout and turnover by integrating mental health training into new employee onboarding and ongoing employee development. Community members seeking accessible mental health education. Employers looking for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) accredited training programs to support workforce well-being. Project Scope: Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy targeting HR leaders, corporate wellness teams, community organizations, and individuals interested in mental health education. Manage content creation, posting schedules, engagement, and growth across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Craft posts highlighting the value of QPR, Adult MHFA, Trauma-Informed Care, CEU accreditation, and impacts on burnout and turnover. Website Redesign: Redesign and update our current website to focus clearly on mental health training offerings, target audiences, and benefits. Create dedicated sections for corporate training programs, community education, and CEU provider information. Improve user experience to facilitate easy contact, registration, and resource access. Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO optimization for relevant keywords (e.g., mental health training, employee burnout solutions, QPR training, trauma-informed care). Qualifications: Proven experience managing social media for health, wellness, or training organizations. Skilled in website design/redesign using platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar. Understanding of mental health training terminology and audience needs is a strong plus. Ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences. Experience optimizing websites for SEO and conversions. Knowledge of CEU accreditation and how to present this clearly to employers and professionals. Deliverables: A clear social media calendar and growth plan. Fully redesigned, user-friendly website aligned with our mission and services. Guidance on integrating CEU provider info prominently. Collaboration on messaging to target corporations, community groups, and employers.
