SEO Blog Content Writer for Real Estate Niche
Hello! I'm seeking a skilled writer to create SEO blog content focused primarily on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Secondarily, I'd like content on studio rental life, and tiny homes within the real estate sector. To add to that, all content will be Unites States & I'm starting with California. So any sort of knowledge or research skills needed for this area. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting engaging, accurate & informative articles that enhance online visibility. You will be responsible for researching topics, implementing SEO best practices, and delivering high-quality content that resonates with our audience. I'd also greatly appreciate a limited use of AI. Zero AI is preferable, but I understand it can be helpful to get those creative gears turning. Just please don't rely on it... a lot of ADU research I've done on various AI platforms aren't 100% accurate, so again, don't rely on it. I'm bootstrapping my business on a tight budget, so please limit offers beyond my ideal budget. I'll increase my budget only if you have proof of great content in a short amount of time... but also no AI, so maybe I'm dreaming.
