Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant for Startup CEO (long-term)

We're looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Virtual Assistant. You’ll work closely with the founder & CEO to handle scheduling, email triage, basic HR and accounting tasks, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. We need someone who communicates clearly, stays ahead of tasks, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones Triage inboxes, draft replies, and keep communication organised Assist with onboarding, team coordination, and internal follow-ups Track expenses, organise receipts, and support basic accounting/admin Research tools, vendors, and help document team processes We’re after someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and great with tools like Microsoft Outlook.
