We are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant or a team to provide exceptional customer service for our life insurance agency. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, assist clients with their needs, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Strong communication skills and a background in customer service are essential. If you are organized, proactive, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! We do have a basic data entry job that is urgent. Should you be able to do this task, we will consider you as a candidate full time. We do require USA hours of 9-5 CT.
