Virtual Assistant for Light Design and Document Management

We are a new construction company expanding fast and needing a full time virtual assistant. Your role and responsibilities -manage data and organize data to go in the proper channels in Google drive and slack as well as our task management system -create how to guide and templates using Google sheets and Google docs -draft content for multiple things required by staff - take notes from slack and clean up the notes into documents organized and cleaned and send back - listen to videos and create scopes of work from our company cam walk throughs. - light design fast as we use sketchpad to draft room layouts and to digitally create them so they are cleaner and organized. And recreate the diagram. - keep track of project managers files and keep clean in slack and Google drive Must be proficient English speaking Work between the hours of 9-6 Monday through Friday Arizona USA time. Must be good with slack management Must be good at writing content Must be highly organized Must be able to take sketches and turn into digital diagrams Must be able to communicate on deadline each day with team members to get daily report. Must be good with Google docs and spreadsheets
