Social Media Manager Wanted for Aesthetic Brand nb_aestheticIsland I'm looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to help grow and maintain my Insta and FB pages for nb_aestheticIsland, a beauty and aesthetics business. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands the aesthetics industry and can help build a strong online presence that converts into real clients. Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation * Photo and video content editing * Text formatting for posts and captions * Creating eye-catching visuals (using Canva, CapCut, etc.) 2. Content Planning & Posting * 4–5 engaging stories per week * 3–4 high-quality posts or reels per week * Maintain a 2-week content pipeline (posts + reels) 3. Audience Engagement * Select and update relevant hashtags * Increase likes, views, and engagement organically * Reply to DMs and comments with a warm, professional tone * Set up auto-replies for FAQs and inquiries * Communicate with potential clients and answer basic questions 4. Promotion & Community Outreach * Share posts in local FB Groups (beauty, aesthetics, wellness, etc.) * Monitor requests for procedures (e.g. lip fillers, Botox, facials) and promote services accordingly * Engage with users to grow follower base and attract new clients Requirements: * Strong experience managing aesthetic or beauty-related pages * Skills in Canva, InShot/CapCut, Meta Business Suite (or similar) * Excellent English writing and communication skills * Ability to work independently and proactively * Understanding of trends in aesthetics, beauty, and self-care To Apply: Send examples of aesthetic content you've created and a brief strategy of how you'd improve engagement and visibility for @nb_aestheticIsland.
