You’ll take my rough content ideas and turn them into engaging posts, interact with my audience and other creators, and keep everything organized behind the scenes. To make things easier, I’ll give you access to an AI-powered content creation platform to handle the repetitive stuff — so you can focus on the more strategic, creative work that actually moves the needle. What You’ll Be Doing: • Turn my rough ideas into polished, scroll-worthy posts for LinkedIn • Repurpose content for platforms like X (Twitter), Threads, Instagram, etc. • Engage with other creators and reply to comments/messages • Write blogs, newsletters, and help grow an email list • Organize tasks, content ideas, and schedules in Notion • Use AI tools (provided) to automate and speed up content creation • Help grow and manage my online presence consistently Must-Haves: • Experience growing your own or a client’s LinkedIn or other social accounts (send links!) • Solid writing and communication skills • Super organized — you can manage content calendars, drafts, and conversations • Familiar with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Canva, ChatGPT, etc. • Strategic thinker — you understand tips and hacks that makes content perform well and how to grow an audience • Experience writing blogs or newsletters • Light design or video editing skills are a plus What You Get: • Access to a premium AI content automation platform to streamline your work • Flexible hours • Long-term growth potential as the brand scales
