Help getting back into FB

I can not for the life of me get back into my Facebook. I need an expert to help me get in or troubleshoot. I have opened a ticket with Facebook and they have emailed me that I can access my FB now that they verified my identity, but when I click to get back in, it's still asking me for the Authenticator which I never set up or know how to figure out, etc. Help!
