DTC Growth Operator for Organic Food Brand
We’re DessertsRx®, a high-end, organic, functional dessert brand, about to launch our DTC shipping and marketing operation. We need a DTC growth operator (individual or small agency) who can build the entire sales system from scratch—not just advise, but execute. This includes: • Shopify setup + optimization • Klaviyo email/SMS flows • Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) • Landing pages, product pages, checkout • TikTok Shop launch + management • Influencer seeding + affiliate program • Review capture + user-generated content strategy • Offer testing + conversion rate optimization Must have direct experience scaling a food or wellness CPG brand on Shopify or success scaling companies DTC sales in similar industries. This is a build-and-operate role. We are not looking for strategy-only consultants. We are looking for doers—people who will build, test, optimize, and iterate with us. If you’ve built and scaled a DTC food or wellness brand from 0 to $100K MRR+, we want to talk.
