About the Role Rosales Family LLC is a small real-estate investment company focused on finding off-market deals in the U.S. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Facebook Lead Analyst to help us identify motivated sellers, start the conversation, and log qualified leads for our acquisitions team. What You’ll Do 1. Search & Screen * Browse Facebook Marketplace and pre-selected buy/sell groups daily. * Flag properties that meet our criteria (owner-finance potential houses; land-attached mobile homes; park mobiles, etc 2. Initial Outreach * Send first-contact and follow-up messages to sellers using our proven script (provided). * Ask basic qualifying questions (availability, ownership, timeline, price flexibility). 3. Lead Logging * Enter each promising lead into our Google Sheet with key details and conversation notes. 4. Collaboration & Reporting * Track your hours with the Upwork Desktop App (screenshots required). * Provide a brief end-of-day summary inside the sheet or via Upwork chat. What We’re Looking For * Solid written English (friendly, professional tone) * Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace or social-media lead gen * Comfortable following a checklist/SOP without skipping steps * Reliable internet and ability to use a U.S. VPN server while working * Attention to detail—each lead you log affects our marketing budget Nice-to-Haves * Prior experience in real-estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or virtual assistant work * Spanish reading/writing ability (helpful but not required) Hours & Contract * Up to 20 hours per week to start (likely 2–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday) * Flexible schedule as long as leads are checked at least once daily * Long-term potential with performance‐based raises How to Apply Send a short note covering: 1.
