Our PR firm is looking for a creative and ambitious PR Account Executive to join the team! Our boutique women-owned PR firm specializes in storytelling. Working with clients across industries nationwide and internationally, we aim to elevate their voices making an impact in their communities. Our ideal candidate should have experience working in public relations and marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to meet deadlines in a timely manner, be motivated and detail-oriented, and have a collaborative, open mindset. Responsibilities • Write media pitches, press releases, media alerts, articles, and blogs with efficiency and creativity • Manage and update media lists using the latest PR software • Proactively identify story ideas and maintain client communications to stay up to date in PR efforts • Work with colleagues to brainstorm, develop, and implement client PR campaigns • Pitch stories and handle interview logistics for clients • Develop and maintain relationships with media on behalf of clients Skills • Must have experience in PR and marketing • Must be proficient in MS Office • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be open-minded, detail-oriented, and deadline focused • Must be collaborative and creative
