Revenue Share Opportunity: B2B2C Outreach & GTM Support for Pre-Launch Health Tech Startup

Job Overview: We’re a pre-launch health tech startup on a mission to disrupt the status quo for healthcare access and affordability. We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented contractor to support our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and outreach execution (supporting target segment identification and outreach execution across segments such as small businesses and community-facing organizations). This is a remote, part-time contract role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is eager to contribute to impact-driven, early-stage work. You’ll work closely with leadership on strategy and hands-on execution across outreach, content development, pipeline development, and market research. We’re looking for a high-integrity individual who is dependable, detail-oriented, curious, and excited to grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Build presentations; need to be able to build/design executive level slides, partner 1-pagers, and consumer flyers Competitor Research Customer Research on key segments to build a large B2B2C pipeline of qualified leads and potential partners Assist in execution and refinement of GTM strategies, including messaging development, segmentation, sequencing, and follow-ups Support B2B2C outreach campaigns across key customer segments Track outreach performance metrics and help identify areas for optimization Ideal Experience: Must be based in United States or American Highly proactive / Self-starter / fast learner who thrives in ambiguous, mission-driven environments Strong communication, writing, and research skills; experience with email campaign execution is a plus Ability to provide 20 hours/week during Eastern Standard Time Experience working with PEOs, TPAs, and / or Community Based Organizations (CBOs) / nonprofits in the healthcare space Familiarity with B2B2C sales and working with multiple customer personas 3+ years in marketing, partnerships, or GTM support (preferably in startups or early-stage companies) Strong awareness of AI tools to increase team efficiency Experience in healthcare, health tech, and / or consulting strongly preferred Comfortable using tools like Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace applications Bonus If You Have: Prior work with underserved or multilingual communities (e.g., Medicaid, rural communities) Grant writing or government contracting experience Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on work What We Offer: Compensation: $15/hour plus Rev Share: Sponsored Partnerships - 1%, Subsidized Partnerships - 0.5%, Market Partnerships (for self pay) - $2/transaction; unit revenue will be around $400 per person. Partnership opportunities will be in the 500-5,000 person range at minimum.
