We are a growing real estate investment team. We're looking to hire a skilled and reliable Lead Finder / Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a consistent flow of motivated seller leads. Your main role will be to find property owners who are already looking to sell—especially those in distress situations (pre-foreclosure, probate, code violations, absentee owners, etc.)—and get them to reach out to us directly (inbound leads). Responsibilities: Research and gather lists of motivated seller leads through online databases, public records, and tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, Zillow FSBO, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Scrape or extract contact info (email, phone, address) from leads. Organize and deliver high-quality lead lists weekly in .csv format with clean data. Work closely with me to refine and improve targeting over time. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate lead generation or a similar research-based role. Familiarity with tools like BatchSkipTracing, PropStream, or other skip tracing/data platforms. Ability to work independently and deliver quality leads consistently. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Bonus (Not Required): Experience with Facebook ads or PPC for lead generation. Pay Structure: The Buyer agrees to pay [$X] per qualified lead that meets his criteria. Leads will be delivered in batches (e.g., daily or as agreed). The Buyer will review and verify each batch within 24 hours of delivery. Only leads confirmed as qualified (via direct contact or verification method) will be paid for. The Buyer is not obligated to pay for leads that are: • Fake, unreachable, or duplicates • Do not meet the agreed criteria No upfront payment will be made; payment is issued only after successful verification of each batch.
