B2B Lead Generation Specialist for Growing Tech Startup

We’re a fast-growing tech startup in need of a skilled B2B lead generation contractor to help us identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities. Your work will fuel our sales pipeline by uncovering decision-makers at organizations that align with our mission and solutions. What You’ll Do: Target Identification: Build and maintain lists of potential prospects (companies and key contacts) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc. Outreach Campaigns: Craft and execute email and LinkedIn messaging sequences that drive response, book meetings, and nurture prospects. Qualification: Pre-qualify leads via discovery calls or questionnaires to ensure a strong fit for our platform. CRM Management: Log all activity, update contact records, and track deal stages in our CRM (HubSpot). Reporting & Optimization: Provide weekly reports on outreach performance, conversion rates, and recommendations for improving messaging and targeting. Ideal Qualifications: Proven track record of B2B lead generation for SaaS or tech companies Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-gen tools Excellent written communication and messaging skills Experience hitting defined KPIs (e.g., X meetings booked per month) Comfortable working autonomously, managing your own pipeline and deadlines
