High-Level QuickBooks Online Expert Needed for Urgent Cleanup + Admin Support I'm the owner of a fast-moving, service-based business with a strong reputation and national reach. I’m seeking a highly experienced QuickBooks Online specialist to help with an urgent cleanup project over the next few days—ideally completed this weekend (June 1–2). This may expand into a part-time role for the right person. But first, I need immediate help cleaning up historical entries, reclassifying transactions, and verifying accuracy so we can finalize automations built in Airtable and Zapier. ✅ Responsibilities •Review and reclassify historical transactions (particularly credit card payments, reimbursable expenses, client income, and pass-through payments) •Help reconcile QuickBooks Online with bank activity •Review and clean up misused categories (e.g., Commissions/Fees for reimbursements) •Properly apply payments to invoices (many were manually logged or not matched correctly) •Identify and properly categorize bad debt, duplicate payments, and overpayments •Assist in batch-level deposit matching •Prepare QuickBooks to integrate cleanly with Airtable + automation tools
