We help Financial Advisors move their book of business from one firm to another, which involves a LOT of data. We receive multiple spreadsheets from the team and format into our template (combination of X or V lookups and manual data entry). Due to the manual piece, a strong attention to detail is essential. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a proven track record of accurately entering financial data into Excel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Input and manage data with precision in Excel spreadsheets. - Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Utilize knowledge of financial terminology, accounts types and requirements (Financial Industry experience not required, but very helpful) **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Excel and experience with large datasets. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. - Familiarity with financial data and terminology is advantageous.
