Compile already written Perl code into stand alone .exe.

I have an already written Perl code. I solely need it compiled into an .exe with all libraries included. I program on Linux but do not have a cross compiler available to nor the Curse or PDCurse libs to compile into windows executable. The task is taking the code provided, compile and return. Easy and straightforward.
