We run Spend Your Yen and Villains Only, two of the fastest-growing anime streetwear brands in the game—known for high-hype, limited-time apparel drops that break the internet. Our drops are culture. We thrive on community, engagement, and relevance in the anime and streetwear space. We’re not looking for someone who just “gets social media.” We’re looking for someone who gets the scene, feels the energy, and knows how to amplify it. Someone who understands the psychology of hype and knows how to create it. ⸻ Who We’re Looking For You live on Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. You understand anime and streetwear culture on a cellular level. You know how to build hype, stir conversation, spark community, and make drops feel like events. This isn’t a UGC creator role—we’ve got that covered. This is strategy, vision, execution. You’ll be curating, planning, scheduling, and optimizing content across all platforms to align with drop calendars and big brand moments. ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Managing Instagram, TikTok, and Discord for both brands (mostly Spend Your Yen) ✅ Creating and managing drop-specific content calendars ✅ Overseeing and organizing Discord community energy pre/post drop ✅ Collaborating with our UGC and video team to turn raw footage into optimized posts ✅ Monitoring comments, DMs, and community feedback—this brand is personal ✅ Suggesting new engagement ideas, trends, memes, and drop tactics ✅ Coordinating countdowns, teasers, surprise posts, giveaways, etc. ✅ Reviewing performance analytics and adapting in real-time ⸻ You Should Have…
