n8n Automation Expert - Workflow Optimisation & Troubleshooting
n8n Workflow Expert Needed for collaborative Implementation Sessions ## Overview I'm looking for an experienced n8n automation expert to join me on a series of Zoom calls to help configure and optimise several workflow drafts I've created. This is not a "do it for me" project - I want to learn while we work together so I can maintain and expand these workflows myself in the future. ## What I Have - Several draft n8n workflows for a production business - Basic understanding of n8n but need expert guidance - Specific workflows include: calendar integration, project kick off flow, voice agent ## What I Need **Zoom calls (probably 1-2 hours at a time) to run through and get my automations running - Review and optimize my existing workflow drafts - Help me connect all necessary integrations (Google Calendar, OpenAI API, email, etc.) - Debug any issues together with you explaining the solutions - Implement best practices for error handling and monitoring - You teach me the "why" behind each decision so I can apply this knowledge later ## Your Qualifications **Must Have:** - Proven experience with n8n (please share examples of complex workflows you've built) - Excellent English communication skills for teaching/explaining concepts - Experience with common integrations: Google Workspace, OpenAI/Claude APIs, webhooks, SMTP - Patient teaching approach - able to explain technical concepts clearly **Nice to Have:** - Experience with creative industry workflows - Knowledge of automation best practices for small businesses - Familiarity with JavaScript for custom code nodes - Experience with n8n self-hosted setups - **Duration:** Initial 2-3 hour session, hopefully turning into a longer term collaboration with follow-up sessions and new automation ideas to build Please include: 1.
