Cold Email Outreach Expert Needed
We’re looking for an experienced cold email specialist to help us launch and scale outbound campaigns for our productized video editing service. Responsibilities: • Build targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on provided ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) • Write high-converting cold email copy with personalization tokens • Set up campaigns inside Instantly.ai (including follow-ups) • Monitor open/reply rates and optimize subject lines, copy, and sending schedules • Ensure domain reputation and email deliverability are protected Requirements: • Proven success running cold email campaigns at scale • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and Instantly.ai is a must • Strong English writing skills for email copy • Understanding of personalization at scale (bonus if you’ve used tools like Clay or Wiza) • Knowledge of inbox warm-up best practices and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Bonus: • Experience running outreach for productized services (e.g., video editing, marketing, SaaS) • Ability to A/B test email copy and track campaign KPIs (e.g., reply rate, bounce rate) • Familiarity with B2B audiences (e.g., founders, content creators) To apply, please share: 1.
