We’re hiring a results-driven retention operator to take full ownership of our CLTV stack — and deliver measurable performance lifts using systems, not just emails. Your core mission: Prove a 10 percent or more increase in repurchase rate or Client Lifetime Value (CLTV) within 10 days through a focused, high-impact test. What You’ll Own 1. Audit and Diagnose Evaluate our current setup across: Subscriptions (Recharge) Loyalty (Smile.io or equivalent) Post-Purchase Upsells or Bundles 2. Propose a High-Impact Test Pitch one test that could realistically deliver a 10 percent or more lift in CLTV. Examples might include: Smarter subscription triggers Loyalty tier restructuring Cart-based upsell offers Post-checkout email flows 3. Build and Launch Run the test directly inside our Shopify and Klaviyo setup. Access and assets provided. 4. Track Actual Business Outcomes We care about real revenue, not vanity metrics. You’ll monitor: Repurchase behavior CLTV movement Order volume uplift 5.
