TikTok & Instagram Organic Growth
I’m looking for a TikTok-native marketer to first grow our account on TikTok using organic content. We’re already doing OK with paid ads, but now would like to come up with some form of repeatable content that is uniquely our own, that’s above all *entertaining*, but which also pertains to our target demographic. About us: Our business helps homeowners in Ontario access funding, grants and incentives for retrofits and green renovations. Make of that info as you wish. We’re not looking for a video editor, or someone who just performs the task of posting videos regularly. Your primary measure of success is to create content that will gain traction on said platform, then execute that type of idea repeatedly and consistently. In many ways, we’re looking for more of a creative than a pure marketer. Upon consistent success with TikTok, we plan to expand to other channels (e.g. Instagram). Bear in mind that the best performing content on TikTok is rarely logical; it’s entertaining or funny, (if not those, then HIGHLY interesting). Sometimes the best content is literally a single photo with a clever overlay and music. To emphasize one more time: interesting, original ideas over sheer effort and legwork.
