Customer Support Agent for Gaming Community
We are seeking a customer support agent to assist our gaming community through Discord and email. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gaming and experience in handling customer inquiries and technical issues. Your role will involve responding to player queries, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing excellent service to enhance user experience. If you're a problem-solver with strong communication skills and familiarity with gaming platforms, we want to hear from you! This is expected to get 10 or less support tickets a week, each ticket should only take about 5-10 minutes. This would be a monthly gig, id like to keep it around $200 a month, im estimating for $20 an hour for about 8 hrs a month total, and 2 buffer hours. if it goes over that i will happily pay extra to cover the additional hours, but if it goes under, enjoy the easy money. I understand how difficult customer support can be and i will be available as a point of escalation, thanks for considering working with me.
