Experienced Business Attorney Needed for Demand Letter and Litigation Support
We are seeking a skilled Business Attorney to assist with drafting a demand letter and providing litigation support if we need to take steps beyond the demand letters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law and experience with legal correspondence. 1. Case of Fraud - We paid a vendors rep money and he did not supply product and has stopped communications with our company. 2. Cyber Crime - We wire a large sum of money to a vendor and the wiring instructions were fake and from a similar but fake domain. We believe the vendors emails were compromised. We are looking for advise if we have any rights or options here.
