M&A Financial Modeling
This is a small business acquisition with a non-complicated financial structure and a single revenue stream. We're looking for a financial M&A middle-market professional that can complete the following project in a timely manner: 1. Build a 7 year financial forecast (BS/IS/CF) for post acquisition (lite) (based off of historical financials) 2. Create debt service schedules 3. Create Earnout projection 4. Create LBO model 5. Create investor return waterfall We can provide: 1. 7yr historical financial workbook (IS, BS - monthly & annual) 2. Funding model and deal structure (investor payback, senior debt...etc.) We'd like the model to be dynamic so we can change things like the senior debt interest rates, investor pref rates, revenue growth %...etc. Whatever metrics you feel would need to be dynamic for stress testing and contingency planning.
