Report Specialist – GHL, Hetzner & Looker Studio Expert (Part-Time / Project-Based) Description: We’re a growing franchise-based business using Go High Level (GHL) across multiple sub-accounts, and we need a Report Specialist to help us complete and scale our reporting setup. Our current data flow is: GHL Sub-Accounts (Franchisees) → Hetzner → Looker Studio → GHL Reports Dashboard Our previous specialist successfully set up this system for 1–3 franchisees, but left the project unexpectedly. The system is functional—we just need someone who can replicate the setup for our remaining franchisees and ensure all dashboards are working consistently across accounts. Responsibilities: Connect additional GHL sub-account data to Hetzner. Ensure seamless data flow from Hetzner into Looker Studio. Replicate existing dashboards and visualizations in Looker Studio. Integrate Looker Studio reports into the GHL Reports Dashboard. Troubleshoot and validate data accuracy across platforms. Document the process for future scalability. Requirements: Experience with Go High Level (GHL), especially working with sub-accounts. Knowledge of Hetzner for server data and connections. Proficient in Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio). Strong understanding of data pipelines and reporting logic. Reliable, organized, and able to follow existing structures. Nice to Have: Experience with API integrations or tools like Zapier or Make. Familiarity with SaaS and franchise reporting systems. Background in business intelligence or analytics.
