Role Summary We are seeking an experienced OKR Coach to help align our leadership and functional teams around clear and actionable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) on a quarterly basis. This role is critical to improving strategic alignment, execution focus, and performance accountability across the company. Responsibilities Quarterly Facilitation: Lead quarterly OKR planning and retrospective sessions with executives and team leads. Strategic Alignment: Ensure OKRs are fully aligned with the company vision, priorities, and business roadmap. Coaching: Provide individual and team coaching to help leaders craft meaningful, measurable, and ambitious OKRs. Accountability Systems: Recommend tools and processes to monitor progress and drive ownership. Documentation: Deliver concise summaries after each session, outlining agreed OKRs and next steps. Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve the OKR adoption and execution culture over time. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience implementing and facilitating OKRs in startups or fast-growing companies. Strong ability to translate strategic goals into measurable results. Familiarity with execution frameworks (e.g., EOS, Scaling Up, Scrum). Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills. Comfortable working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
