Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (Techno-Functional)
We are looking for a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Techno-Functional Consultant to support us in optimizing and maintaining our ERP system. Our organization recently migrated to D365 Business Central, and we now require expert assistance to fine-tune workflows, develop custom extensions, and ensure all financial and operational modules are aligned with our business processes. What You’ll Be Doing: * Reviewing and improving current BC configurations * Customizing modules using AL language * Supporting finance, supply chain, and sales processes * Creating or modifying reports (Jet Reports, Power BI) * Assisting with data migration and integration (e.g., CRM, eCommerce) * Training end-users and providing documentation * Troubleshooting issues and offering long-term support Ideal Candidate Should Have: * Microsoft Certification in D365 BC * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Business Central * Expertise in both functional and technical aspects (AL coding, workflow automation) * Experience with SQL, Power BI, Jet Reports, and Azure DevOps * Excellent communication and documentation skills Bonus if you have: * Experience with LS Central, Shopify/WooCommerce integrations * Familiarity with industry-specific setups (e.g. manufacturing, retail, distribution) Project Type: Ongoing support with the possibility of long-term engagement Location: Remote – must be available for overlapping hours in EST or GMT+4 If you are a proactive problem solver and understand how to tailor D365 BC to real business needs — we’d love to hear from you.
