Looking for a CPA level person or experienced accountant to handle bookkeeping, tax prep, and general financial guidance across 3 small businesses. You'll manage the books in QuickBooks, track owner distributions, reconcile accounts, handle tax filings, and advise on things like cash flow, compensation, and entity structure. We need someone who can take full ownership of the accounting side and be our go-to for everything finance-related. Must be sharp, dependable, and experienced with small business finances. We will need some book cleanup to start with too.
