Hey, I’m Philip, founder of a fast-growing relocation business helping people move to Portugal. We’re a small remote team of ~10. We’ve built a strong foundation — Trello, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and a CRM that keeps everything (and everyone) moving. We have a delivery lead, a structured service team, and a real engine running. But here's the challenge: As we grow and launch new services, cracks are starting to show. We need someone technical and systems-minded to make sure everything keeps working, automations flow smoothly, and any issue is fixed (or escalated fast). This is a tech-leaning operations role — not a junior admin job.
