Experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed for Multi-Entity Accounting (Ongoing Role)
Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proven expertise in Intuit QuickBooks to help us manage and maintain the financial records of a multi-entity business operation. TERM: PERPETUAL SALARY: $500/mth Our business structure includes multiple entities that must be tracked individually and collectively. We require a candidate who can reconcile our current books, keep them updated on a regular basis, and provide accurate and organized financial reports that reflect individual entity performance as well as consolidated profit and loss summaries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reconcile historical transactions and bring current books up to date - Maintain ongoing bookkeeping and financial oversight using QuickBooks - Track income and expenses by entity, ensuring no cross-entity data overlap - Provide monthly profit and loss reports per entity and in aggregate - Work with our internal team to ensure financials are accurate and tax-ready - Monitor and maintain consistency in financial records and chart of accounts - Proactively flag inconsistencies or unusual activity REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience with Intuit QuickBooks Online (QBO certification is a plus) - Demonstrated success working with multi-entity businesses - Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L management, and reconciliation - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with management - Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines COMPENSATION: - $500/month as a fixed monthly retainer for ongoing bookkeeping support - Potential for future rate adjustment based on performance and expanded needs WHY WORK WITH US?
