The role involves creating business plans, setting up operational processes, estimation, building trade inventories, trade rate, doing research, acquiring clients, and providing virtual assistant services. Your expertise will guide us through the startup phase, ensuring we have a solid foundation for growth. If you have experience in the construction industry and a knack for business development, we want to hear from you! 1. Draft business plan for Renovation, Construction, Building & Restoration Company project & construction unit. 2. Draft proposal template for business proposal to: • a) Doing business • b) Career offering services (8 things/industries) to: • i) School • ii) Government • iii) Companies • iv) Any organization 3. List and build inventory for the planning trade: • a) Mech • b) Elect • c) Drywall • d) Floor & Tile • e) General Labour • f) Moulding & Arch & Interior design • g) Suppliers • h) Equipment rental → All the trades needed for start-up & their roles 4. List of 40/multiple ways to start up project, get project in Construction & Renovation 5. Prepare & research an estimation/remodelling platform for general contractor, builder, etc. 6. Create inventory sheet of trade with rate 7. List of projects in startup task, tenant improvement projects that we can get 8. Process in setting up reno/construction company 9. What incentive program can we use to track & retain client This is a short term role with option to roll over to full term based on performance.
