Video Edit & YouTube Manager
I’m looking for a creative and reliable video editor and YouTube manager to support the growth of my personal development brand focused on empowering women to reconnect with themselves, step into their authentic power, and live soul-led lives. My business includes podcast episodes, live workshops, coaching programs, and events that inspire women to overcome self-doubt, embrace their feminine energy, and create fulfilling lives. We’re building a growing online presence and YouTube is a key platform we want to expand strategically. This role requires a collaborative partner—someone who’s not only a skilled video editor but also understands content strategy, YouTube growth, and how to engage audiences in the self-help, mindset, and coaching space. Ideally if you have experience in my niche of wellbeing and personal development this would be preferred. Lastly, experience and knowledge about funnel building and conversion is preferred also. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Edit and produce high-quality YouTube videos (talking head, vlogs, educational, etc.) • Add captions, graphics, and light motion elements to elevate content • Upload and schedule videos on YouTube • Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for growth • Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports with growth insights • Work with me on content planning and video structure • Join regular Zoom calls for collaboration, feedback, and planning ⸻ Requirements: • 2–3+ years of experience editing YouTube or online content (portfolio required) • Has worked with personal brands, coaches, or within the personal development/self-help space • Understands YouTube SEO, retention strategies, and content formatting • Fluent in English and excellent communicator • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven • Available for video meetings and responsive to feedback ⸻ Bonus if you have: • Experience creating shorts/reels for YouTube & Instagram • Basic design skills (thumbnails, end screens, etc.) • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Drive, Descript, or CapCut ⸻ If you’re passionate about storytelling, self-growth, and helping powerful messages reach more people—I’d love to hear from you!
