Community Platform Build & Ongoing Management for Flourish Foundry

JOB BRIEF: Flourish Foundry Community & Content Manager (Circle Platform) Part community builder. Part content organiser. All-in on progress over perfection. About Us Flourish Foundry is a bold, honest, and practical subscription platform built for small and micro business owners who are tired of the noise and ready to make real change. We combine accountability, coaching, learning, and peer support — and we do it without fluff, hype, or hustle culture. We're growing fast. Now we need someone to help lead and evolve the Foundry on Circle — creating a space that’s alive, valuable, and actually helps people get stuff done. About You You’re the kind of person who spots gaps, fixes what’s clunky, and makes things easier, clearer, better. You love building community and aren’t afraid to take ownership. You’re proactive, warm, organised, and not afraid to challenge when something’s not working. You’re probably the one in the group chat who checks in, shares resources, and starts meaningful conversations — not just noise. If that sounds like you, keep reading. YOUR ROLE: To manage, grow, and optimise the Flourish Foundry experience on Circle — building engagement, organising content, and making sure every member feels supported, seen, and in motion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the day-to-day running of our Circle community Maintain structure, update spaces, manage events, troubleshoot as needed Keep the content ecosystem organised and useful Help us tag, house, and surface courses, tools, videos, and resources so members can easily find what they need Engage and energise the community Start relevant conversations, highlight member wins, and encourage participation — with thoughtful prompts, not just scheduled posts Support launch content and email flow Work alongside the founder to help plan, queue, and coordinate course/module drops and key announcements Gather feedback and improve the experience Spot friction. Flag what’s working. Help shape what’s next by being close to the people we’re serving Be a warm, supportive point of contact for members Reply to questions, tag people into useful spaces, and make members feel genuinely seen and supported SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience using Circle Strong organisational and content management skills Clear communicator with excellent written tone (warm, bold, real) Natural community builder who understands the needs of small business owners Comfortable with digital tools (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.) Able to work independently, take initiative, and suggest improvements Bonus: Coaching, content creation, or UX experience HOURS & PAY: Freelance, remote Approx. 8–12 hours per week initially (with room to grow) Rate based on experience — we want the right person and are open to discussion Apply: A short intro (who you are + why this resonates) A quick Loom or written walkthrough of a community or content platform you’ve helped manage Any links or examples that show your approach or work style We’re not looking for perfect.
