General Assistant for Multi-Business Owner - Social Media, Content, Web Management & More About the Position I'm seeking an experienced assistant to handle various tasks across my multiple business ventures. I run an SEO consultancy, am a musician, and have several ecommerce businesses. This role involves managing online presence, content creation, web updates, and general administrative support across different projects. Primary Responsibilities Create and schedule content across multiple platforms for events and promotions Manage ongoing social media presence across personal and business accounts Edit video content into shorter, platform-optimized clips Write product descriptions for ecommerce businesses Edit and update pages in WordPress and Duda Handle announcements and updates using provided professional materials Assist with various administrative tasks as needed across all business ventures Required Skills & Experience Fluent English with excellent understanding of language nuance and tone Proven experience with social media management and content creation Video editing skills for creating engaging short-form content WordPress and Duda experience for website updates and maintenance Strong copywriting skills for product descriptions and web content Proficiency with scheduling tools like Buffer Strong aesthetic sense and ability to maintain brand consistency Canva expertise Experience working with diverse content types and business models Nice to Have Experience developing content calendars Portfolio featuring work with various clients/industries Knowledge of SEO principles and B2B content strategies Multi-platform experience (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Ecommerce experience and understanding of product marketing Familiarity with jazz music culture is a plus Work Style I'm flexible with planning approaches and can provide direction or allow you to develop strategies based on your expertise. I have existing professional photos and video content that needs optimization. The goal is consistent, high-quality output across multiple accounts, platforms, and business needs.
