Job Title: Certified WorkForce Software Time & Attendance Specialist for AMS Project Job Description: We are a software development agency seeking a certified WorkForce Software Time and Attendance specialist to support a high-profile Application Managed Services (AMS) project for a public utility client. The role involves providing system administration, tenant management, configurations, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting for WorkForce Software’s Time and Attendance module (Classic), integrated with SAP SuccessFactors. This is a remote, contract position with an immediate start to meet project deadlines by mid-June 2025. Responsibilities: Perform system administration and tenant management using WorkForce Software Tenant Manager. Configure pay rules, schedules, and policies, ensuring compliance with public agency and union contract requirements. Develop and test integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and other HCM systems using REST APIs/JSON. Create custom reports using SQL or WorkForce Software’s reporting tools. Troubleshoot issues, meeting SLAs for business hours (7 AM–5 PM PT), after-hours, and emergency (2-hour response) support. Support onboarding, including knowledge transfer from the client’s IT team. Provide mentoring and documentation for client staff. Requirements: WorkForce Software certification in Time and Attendance (e.g., via WorkForce Academy or partner program). 3+ years of experience as an AMS provider for WorkForce Software Time and Attendance, supporting clients with 1,500+ users. Proven experience with system administration, tenant management, and SAP SuccessFactors integrations. U.S.-based with ability to provide remote support. Strong skills in JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs; familiarity with WorkForce Software’s proprietary scripting is a plus. Excellent communication for client-facing roles, including acting as a Client Success Manager. Ability to submit a Professional Service Security Plan for client approval. Bonus: Experience with public agencies or SEED-certified businesses in Sacramento. Project Details: Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for long-term collaboration (1-year contract with 3-year extension). Hours: 20–40 hours/week, including business hours and occasional after-hours/emergency support. Location: Remote (U.S. only).
