Job Title: Asana Consultant for Real Estate Operations System Design (1-Hour Strategy Call + Optional Buildout) Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Asana Consultant for a 1-hour live Zoom consultation to help architect the optimal setup for our real estate operations system. We close 50 to 100 properties per month, and each property goes through 186 steps involving conditional logic, deadlines, and multi-person handoffs. This is a complex, high-volume workflow and we need strategic guidance to structure Asana in a way that’s scalable, trackable, and actionable for the team. What We’re Looking For: You are someone with deep experience in Asana implementation for operationally complex companies, ideally with experience in real estate or transaction-heavy businesses. You understand dependencies, workload management, portfolio views, custom fields, automation, and how to make it all usable for teams. Goals for the 1-Hour Call: • Review our use case and operational flow • Recommend the optimal Asana architecture (Projects, Portfolios, Templates, Custom Fields, etc.) • Discuss how to handle 10,000+ tasks/month across multiple team members • Ensure all critical info (e.g. inspection, appraisal, and closing dates) is trackable and visible at the right levels • Identify bottlenecks or poor design risks before we scale • Advise on role assignments, notification structure, and task views for daily team accountability Optional Add-On (2–5 Hours Paid Project): After the call, we may hire you to build out our system templates and initial structure so we can launch with confidence.
