California Licensed Architect to provide "Responsible Control" / Review & Stamp for permit set.
I run a small design / build studio in the Los Angeles area. We typically work on exempt projects and therefore do not need to stamp our drawings. However, we are about to start work on a small 3 story single family dwelling (~2200 sqft) which will need to be stamped for plan check / building permit. We will be providing the design, drawings, and administer plan-check. We are looking for a licensed architect to provide “responsible control”, reviewing and stamping the drawings for plan check and permitting.
