The images must align with our mission to help property owners utilize their unused land while maintaining their privacy and home. These visuals will be used across our website and marketing materials, including a direct mail campaign. Project Scope Primary Task: Create or source compelling images that reflect our brand and mission. Specific Example: Design an image for a direct mail campaign showing two adjacent property lots: Lot 1: Features an older farmhouse, representing the property owner’s existing home. Lot 2: Shows a few modern, tastefully designed new homes, representing the developed land. Ensure clear visual separation (e.g., trees, fencing, or landscaping) between the lots to emphasize privacy for the original homeowner. The image should sell the vision of developing unused land while preserving the owner’s home and privacy. Additional Tasks: Source or create additional images for the website, showcasing coastal New England aesthetics, community-focused development, and land utilization (e.g., scenic lots, modern homes blending with natural surroundings).
